1. SHIPPING

Local (Singapore) – Delivery fee is FREE of charge. Item will be delivered between 3-5 working days.
Worldwide – Delivery fee is charged at a flat rate of SGD20. Item will be delivered between 7-20 working days.

2. PROCEDURE

  1. Once you have made a purchase, you will receive a PayPal email notification and an email notification from House of Sheens Private Limited.
  2. When payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email from House of Sheens Private Limited within 24 hours stating your order and shipment details.
  3. Orders will usually be dispatched to you within 3-5 days of order confirmation, subjected to availability and our schedule.

The shipping company will contact you before delivery. If you are absent at the designated time for delivery, the shipping company has the right to leave. You will then be charged an additional fee for a reschedule.

If you refuse a shipment from House of Sheens, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and any cost(s) associated with the return of the package to us.

3. INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you have received the incorrect product at the time of delivery, please contact us at info@sheens.com.sg with the relevant details and photos within 24 hours. We will dispatch the correct product within 48 hours of our receipt of your email, subjected to product availability and our schedule.

4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the event of product defect(s), all emails are to be directed to info@sheens.com.sg.
Details to be included:

  1. State the reason for the return.
  2. Attach a picture to capture the “defect(s)”. A difference of 0.03” to 0.05” in measurements will not be considered a defect.
  3. House of Sheens will review the case.

We reserve the right to reject the claim if we do not agree with the reported “defect(s)”.
In the event of a mutual agreement regarding a case between House of Sheens and you, you will have to arrange for shipment back to us. Shipment cost and maintenance of the condition of the bag during shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Return of the item must be made within 7 days from date of receipt. After which, no returns or exchanges of any nature will be entertained.
