The following Terms & Conditions represent an agreement between House of Sheens Private Limited and the customer, the latter henceforth referred to as “you”. Please read and understand our Terms & Conditions before using the website. When accessing this website or purchasing an item from House of Sheens Pte Ltd, you agree to our Terms & Conditions provided below.

Privacy

You agree to having information collected from you when you open an account, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out any forms. No private information will be disclosed to irrelevant third parties, unless required by law. All email addresses and relevant payment details will be kept confidential.

Copyrights and License

You are allowed access and use of the content and functions of the website, but the rights of any form on media on the website remain that of Sheens and/or the rightful owner. House of Sheens Pte Ltd owns all logos, products, designs, and trade names.

Use of the site is limited to personal use. Commercial use or reproduction is prohibited. You may only access our site through the interface provided and not allowed to interfere with the interface in any way that may cause or result in disruptions in services, networks or any other activity.

Product Descriptions

House of Sheens Private Limited has attempted, to the best of our ability, to accurately capture the colours and details of the products on our website. However, actual colors are subjected to individual monitor screens, resolution and display.

Fulfilment of Orders

House of Sheens Private Limited is unable to amend orders once the confirmation of payment has been made. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have bought the correct bag prior to payment. Orders will usually be dispatched to you within 3-5 days of order confirmation, subjected to availability and our schedule. The number of bags on our website are limited so as to maintain the exclusivity of House of Sheens products and to control quality. Any inquiries about unavailable or out-of-stock items should be directed to info@sheens.com.sg. We will make the utmost effort to assist you. For large orders, please email us at info@sheens.com.sg and we will also do our best to make arrangements for you.

Shipping

The shipping company will contact you before delivery. If you are absent at the designated time for delivery, the shipping company has the right to leave. You will then be charged an additional fee for a reschedule.

If you have received the wrong item at the time of delivery, please contact us at info@sheens.com.sg with the relevant details and photos within 24 hours. We will dispatch the correct item within 48 hours of our receipt of your email, subjected to availability and our schedule.

Payments, Returns and Refunds

If you are under 18, you are required to seek the permission of a parent or guardian before making a purchase. Payment of items and shipment is currently only done within Singapore. We do not sell and ship our handbags out of Singapore.

Payment is done securely through Paypal. Our server will ensure personal information is securely encrypted during the order process.Cash refunds are unavailable. Refunds in the form of store credit, up to a maximum of the purchase amount, may be given. You may carry it forward for your next purchase, or for the same bag if it is available for purchase.

Requests for exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and all inquiries must be made via email to info@sheens.com.sg

In the event of product defect(s), all emails are to be directed to info@sheens.com.sg.

Details to be included:

  1. State the reason for the return.
  2. Attach a picture to capture the “defect(s)”. A difference of .03”-.05” in measurements will not be considered a defect.
  3. House of Sheens reserves the right to reject the claim if we do not agree with the reported “defect(s)”.

In the event of a mutual agreement regarding a case between House of Sheens and you, you will have to arrange for shipment back to us. Shipment cost and maintenance of the condition of the bag during shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Return of the item must be made within 7 days from date of receipt. After which, no returns or exchanges of any nature will be entertained. House of Sheens Pte Ltd has the right to reject a transaction or customer at our own discretion.

We reserve the rights to amend policies, terms and conditions at any given point of time. Please note we continuously update our site and Terms & Conditions without prior notification.
